These Terms apply when a client uses the GetNutria web portal or client application. GetNutria is the software/platform provider operated by *, trading under the registered business name GET NUTRIA, Business Name Registration No. ΕΕ 63204 α, of 10 Nikou Karantoni, Akropoli, 2013 Nicosia, Cyprus.
1. Your relationship with your nutritionist
Your nutritionist or clinic provides the professional nutrition or dietetic service and is responsible for advice, assessments, diets, measurements and decisions relating to your care.
GetNutria provides the software used to display and manage information. GetNutria does not replace your nutritionist, doctor or emergency services.
2. Account activation
You may use the client service only through an authorised invitation or account associated with your nutritionist or clinic. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private.
Notify your nutritionist or GetNutria support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Appropriate use
You must not:
• access another person's account or information;
• share your account with an unauthorised person;
• upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content;
• attempt to bypass platform security;
• use the service for emergencies; or
• use the platform in a way that infringes another person's rights.
4. Health and emergency disclaimer
Information displayed in GetNutria comes primarily from your nutritionist or clinic. Contact your nutritionist if information is incorrect or you have questions about a diet or measurement.
Do not use GetNutria for emergency or urgent medical communication. Contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service.
5. Privacy and GDPR
Your nutritionist or clinic normally acts as controller for your clinical and practice information. GetNutria normally processes that information on the clinic's behalf.
You should read:
• your nutritionist's or clinic's Client Privacy Notice (GDPR); and
• the GetNutria Privacy Notice (GDPR), which explains GetNutria's handling of account, security and support information.
Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to all processing. Any consent required for a specific optional purpose must be requested separately.
6. Messages and notifications
Messages in GetNutria may not be monitored continuously. Do not rely on the platform for urgent matters.
You may receive account, appointment or service notifications using contact details provided by you or your nutritionist. Optional marketing messages require an appropriate separate choice where required.
7. Accuracy and corrections
You should tell your nutritionist if your personal, health, diet or measurement information appears incorrect. GetNutria may assist the nutritionist in correcting platform records.
8. Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Intellectual property
GetNutria's software, branding and platform content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Your personal records remain subject to your rights and the responsibilities of your nutritionist or clinic.
You may use the service only for your own authorised access.
10. Suspension and closure
Access may be suspended to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law or reflect the end of your relationship with the nutritionist.
Requests concerning deletion or export of clinical records should normally be directed to your nutritionist or clinic. Requests concerning GetNutria account or security data may be directed to GetNutria.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
GetNutria is responsible for providing the software service with reasonable care and skill. GetNutria is not the client's nutritionist or healthcare provider and is not responsible for professional advice, diagnoses, diets, treatment decisions, appointment decisions or clinical content created or approved by a nutritionist or clinic.
GetNutria is not responsible for a client's failure to follow professional advice, for incorrect information supplied by a user, or for losses caused solely by events outside GetNutria's reasonable control. This section does not affect rights that arise where the digital service is not supplied as described or with the standard required by applicable consumer law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which the client habitually resides. A client may bring proceedings in any court made available by mandatory applicable law; GetNutria may bring proceedings against a consumer only as permitted by that law.

15. Acceptance
By activating or continuing to use the client account after being presented with these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
